Assign field crews to specific projects and tasks. Define crew schedules, expected hours, and skill requirements. Use scheduling tools to optimize crew assignments across multiple projects.

4Track Time and Attendance

Field crews use mobile apps to clock in/out and track time by job and cost code. Supervisors approve time entries and can add notes or adjustments. System automatically calculates regular and overtime hours.

5Monitor Productivity

Compare actual hours worked to budgeted hours for each job and cost code. Identify productivity issues early. Use reports to see which crews are most efficient and which jobs are taking longer than expected.

6Process Payroll
